Elena Eremina announced on her Instagram that she had a spinal surgery and will be out of training for a while.
On February 12th, she had a surgery to stabilize two lumbar vertebrae. The surgery was done in Munich and she’s at home in Saint Petersburg already. She will miss 6 months of training while recovering from the surgery which means she’ll definitely miss this year’s Euros and likely the Worlds, as well.
