The Swiss Gymnastics Federation gave an update on Giulia Steingruber’s knee injury: the gymnast tore her ACL and damaged her meniscus and tibia. Steingruber will, unfortunately, miss the rest of the season as she is supposed to be out of training for 9 months. This puts the Swiss WAG team chances to qualify a team to the 2019 Worlds in danger as the team heavily relied on Steingruber’s scores on all four events.
