The Ukrainian Olympic committee named Igor Radivilov as the Athlete of the Month for the month of March. For Radivilov it’s already a third such title – he previously won it in October and November of 2017. His teammate Oleg Verniaiev has been named Athlete of the Month nine times, so he’s still quite far ahead, but looks like Radivilov is getting there pretty fast.
March was a quite successful month for the gymnast as he won gold on both rings and vault at the Doha World Cup and then became the overall winner of the World Apparatus Cup series on these two events.
