Israeli Gymnastics Federation has announced its annual gala. This year, Israeli gymnasts, including World medalists Alexander Shatilov and Artem Dolgopyat, will be joined by two invited stars from Russia – Nikita Nagornyy and Daria Spiridonova.
The show will take place in Tel Aviv on 30.12, so it looks like the couple will be spending their New Year vacation (that’s what Russians have instead of Christmas vacations) in Israel.

Do Nagorny and Spiridonova have anything to do with Israel? Are they Jewish? or just friends of some Israeli gymnasts?
I doubt they’re Jewish. Israeli federation has ties with the Russian federation, so when they wanted to invite a foreign athlete for the gala, it was likely just easy for them to invite Russian gymnasts
